Delta tower is 61m and almost the height of One Africa place. The remaining space is less than 31m. see pictures

Nigeria should do this type of project for low income earners as it is obvious centenary and eko Atlantic won't be cheap

I think it's stupid and arrogant to equate Tatu City that's actually getting actualized to low income while the Centenary city that's all but a dream with a few posters and rough roads made you equate to high income. Typical Nigerian stupidity.

I'm not surprised that Lagos is one of the least livable cities in the world. Nigerian Cities are all crap. I was shocked when they called Abeokuta a City. Abeokuta City can't even much Eldoret and Nakuru towns in Kenya!

I saw the wonders of the insurance sector when the Westgate Mall that was reduced to rables after the terrorist attack rose up to the ground once again courtesy of the insurance cover it had.No wonder their life expectancy is so poor,they are not insured in any way neither do most of their workers earn pensions. Their figures are ridiculously low when you look at their salaries,pensions and the general insurance penetration in their economy, how they call themselves the giants if Africa is just beyond me!
With a 350 billion GDP, Nigeria should have a much higher minimum wage than most countries in this continent!
