They are just not waiting to be contacted with a complaint from the people who are giving out money to the yahoo boys. They just go around contacting foreign financial institutions and police to request fresh case files while themselves hack into the unsophisticated yahoo boys social security database to exploit them.
It is getting out of hand. People are even getting sentenced over $30 with the nowadays efcc we have.
I have heard a story about an oyinbo man who paid a yahoo boy and later got a huge promotion at his work place, another one her financial records upgraded to platinum from gold due to the rate at which she withdrew and sent money. But the young man is cooling off with our efcc now. What a twist of fate
