Does people really think zidane is a coach? Like a coach with tactics? Hell Na!

He succeeded in Madrid because of his players relationship and not because he can build a team. He inherited a great team.

Nope you got it wrong! A coach is a coach anywhere, thats what they are trained to do. It is the function of a manager to see the loop holes in his team, work on it to bring the best. Yes he may have a rough beginning at United because United is shitty at the moment, it doesnt mean he wont be successful, where did Maurizio Sarri of Chelsea come from? Guadola? Klopps? Pochettino? Unai Emery? They are all not from England yet they are doing wonders in the league.

Pochettino not Zidane is what we need right now.. Zidane is another pragmatic coach who relies on counter attacks while Poch is an all attacking coach besides Zidane has never built a team but Poch has been able two build up two different teams therefore, Poch is the way forward.

Ow he succeeded because of his players relationships why didnt Mourinho do that in United if that was his problems. Dont say Pogba because if you continue mentioning Pogba, then you are saying he is not fit to be a manager, remember what Fergusson does to players who felt they were bigger than the club.

My point is, truly Zizou met a great squad at Madrid and it takes a great manager to manage a great team not just winning champions league for on year but for 3 years!

babe , u are right , I keep telling this to some football fans , Zidane is a tactical banana , he's a good manager but not a very good coach , he's doesn't have a style , that's y he depends on crosses , just watch the Madrid team he coached , they weren't that great , but they had lots of luck on their side . He's a good manager based on d fact that he knows how to manage the time of players to keep them fresh for the season and injury free . Man utd fit still get am sha....but I would take poche , Conte , over Zidane any day .

in Manchester City, he started by strengthening the squad where he felt it needed strength. Now what many coaches lack is what I call mental motivation, Pep does this a lot to his player. I watched the whole Mancity documentary that was released around September. (over 4 hours documentary) you needed to see how he deals with his players, he doeas a whole lot of mental motivation that physical activities on the training ground
