Justice Sanchi Declares as follows: There is no fresh allegation against Prince Deji Adeyanju, neither are there new facts. Release the applicant. Relase him on bail immediately Deji was arrested last Thursday again over a case between 2005 and 2009 inwhich he was discharged and acquited in 2009
