You're right; he's still to tame many of their excesses, though, so he's still got his work cut out for him. And believe me, the more Buhari tries to correct things, the more the looters make it tough for him to succeed, because they had become so entrenched.

So the man has to really roll up his sleeves for the oncoming rounds of battles.
