I presently make calls at 15k/sec and want to enjoy what I use to enjoy before mtn moved me away from mtn pro which allowed me to make calls at 11k/sec to all network with N5 daily charge. I will be glad if anyone can give me this opportunity again. I know such packages is no longer in public domain again but some still have it as previledged information.

He said the the very first sec. MTN pulse charges N10 for the first min or first 50 sec @ 20k/sec.

Op airtel smart talk will suit your need. First min is N6 while subsequent calls are charged at 11k/sec. Dial *315# or send YES to 315 to migrate to such plan. However if you don't use airtel kindly migrate to MTN ipulse. You are charged 22k/sec for the 50 secs which is N11 while subsequent calls are charged at 11k/sec.
The difference between airtel and mtn is N5. Whereas airtel removes N6 for the first call, mtn takes N11 for the first 50 secs. The choice is yours.
