Passed through costain bridge Lagos at 6pm on Friday and saw cars & buses driving on opposite lanes on a bridge at 30 - 40mph alongside bikes while the police and lastma officials just looked on with disregard.

Because that is a sane and disciplined society.

If this is really a traffic, then Nigeria really need to work harder if she is to catch up with the rest of the sane, organized and developed world.

Maybe a complete reorientation will work.
