Atiku Case History.

From 2000 to 2008, Jennifer Douglas, a U.S. citizen and the fourth wife of Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President and former candidate for President of Nigeria, helped her husband bring over $40 million in suspect funds into the United States through wire transfers sent by offshore corporations to U.S. bank accounts.

In a 2008 civil complaint, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission alleged that Ms. Douglas received over $2 million in bribe payments in 2001 and 2002, from Siemens AG, a major German corporation.

While Ms. Douglas denies wrongdoing, Siemens has already pleaded guilty to U.S. criminal charges and settled civil charges related to bribery and told the Subcommittee that it sent the payments to one of her U.S. accounts.

Approximately $2.8 million of the bribe payments was routed through a bank account in
Potomac, Maryland, in the name of the wife of a former Nigerian Vice President. The Vice
President’s wife, a dual U.S.-Nigerian citizen living in the United States, served as the
representative of a business consultant that entered into fictitious business consultant
agreements … but did no actual work for Siemens. The purpose of these payments was to
bribe government officials. Other corrupt payments included the purchase of approximately $172,000 in watches for Nigerian officials designated in internal Siemens records as ‘P.’ and‘V.P.,’ likely referring to the President and Vice President of Nigeria.”

Why are you suddenly afraid of the same America you used as a base with your mistress and later wife, Jennifer Douglas?

Suddenly you do not like America anymore, but your supporters and presidential campaign officers previously boasted that you had applied for USA Visa.

Is it that you did not get assurances that you will not be arrested the moment you step onto the soil of USA, being already indicted there for corruption and money laundering?

There is an allegation against Atiku that he gave bribe and laundered into USA from foreign country.

EFCC jurisdiction is to monitor financial crime offence done within Nigeria territory. I dont think they have business with financial crimes in Philippines or Cuba. So since Atiku perpetrated his crime in US territory, he has to submit himself in and proof his innocence.

And stop making yourself appear like a fool. There is nothing Buhari can do if the offense took place in another country.

If Atiku doesn't go to America,America will come to Atiku.I have been open-minded in my support as far as Nigerian politics is concerned that Nigeria is in urgent need of leaders with fresh ideas in other word, the paradigm shift.
