Yes, this is the worst electricity distribution company ever! BEDC gave me a bill of N20,525.84 estimated bill for a one flat accommodation without me owing previously. I don't have a borehole. Not a commercial house. I only use 9 low voltage bulbs, two fans and one refrigerator which they billed me this amount for. My name and address on the bill is not correctly put either. I've complained severely to their customer care service to no avail. They should contact me on deguaogie@gmail.com if they wish to help.
