1. Ban watching of football(European and local leagues)
2. Ban every form of football betting (bet9ja & co.)
3. Ban listening to Davido, Olamide, Wizkid, Falz and other popular artiste's songs
4. Ban watching of porn and sex outside wedlock
5. Ban the use of makeup by females
6. Ban visit to nairaland, Linda Ikeji blog, Stella Dimorkorkus blog and allied gossip sites
7. Cancel all forms of political engagements by youths
8. Ban cultism and every form of thuggery
9. Ban seductive dressing by ladies and foolish dressing by gents
10. Cut off their access to the internet

Finally force all of them into Agriculture (back to farm)
