Hello, ive being having this issue for some time now, i have some php files am working on but whenever i connect the file to my external css file and try to style some div tags, it does not work but if i write the css at the head or use inline css in the php document it works fines

After sometime it will work on its own and sometimes it wont work, what could be the problem.

The browser is loading the CSS file from cache. Try clearing cache or forcing hard refresh.

Use Shift+F5 when to reload the page.
