NO................in LODLC,there is no discrimination between regular student and ODL student; has they will have thesame certificate. What i mean is that, there will be no Open and Distance Learning Centre on the certificate of ODL student, it's LAUTECH that you will have on it and it is the same certificate with regular student.

Sorry for the late response, Yes the form is still available. You can apply through lodlc.lautech.edu.ng. Since you have HND in computer science, you should be consider for admission into 300 level and you will to spend 2 years (i.e 300l and 400l)
