Hey nlanders,

I have a little issue, my skin is hyper-sensitive to pepper... Once i slice pepper and it touches my skin, the burning sensation is out of this world , even if it is Just one pepper. I'd have to cool my hands in cold for an hour or two before it comes down. Now the thing is, my mum is an ardent fan of fresh pepper in her food, like whatever she's eating there must be fresh pepper in it and so I cannot escape it, if not I'd have long ported to grinded peppers.
Mbok, how do I minimize or prevent this burning sensation on my skin?? cry cry

Use dried/grinded pepper.

Or pound the pepper instead

Use palm oil or olive oil to rub your hand before slicing the pepper

1. Just avoid direct contact with raw pepper water.

2. Wear glove or cover your hands with nylon before slicing pepper.

3. Should incase the water touches your hands, first rub Palm oil on your hands before wearing nylon or glove.

4. If raising the pepper with hand gives burning sensitive, you can get a steer or big spoon to pack the pepper from the bow...

5. Make sure you stick to rule 1.
Thank me later grin
