Thanks for your time for the compilation based on your knowledge of this government but it's unfortunate fortunate that you only listed 10 reasons but good right thinking Nigerians are ready to give you 100 reasons why Buhari will win the 2019 election. If you want to know the reasons, kindly take time and look around you and ask questions from those that love this country and not from those who have looting mentality in the skulls

1. Increasing Poverty and hardship in the country. Under Buhari's watch, Nigeria has grown to be the Poorest nation in the world. Whereas poverty is decreasing everywhere else in the world, it is growing in leaps and bounds in Nigeria. Many Nigerians can barely afford a decent 2 square meal a day.

2. Rising Unemployment. Nigeria's unemployment rate currently stands a whooping 37% ranking one of the highest in the world. Whereas our youthful population is growing, unemployment is building up gradually. What this means in essence is that in the coming years, we would have a huge number of youths doing nothing. This is dangerous for any economy. No wonder there's high rate of youths indulging in dastardly acts such as Yahoo Yahoo and money rituals including stealing of pants.

3. Rising Levels of Insecurity:
Every where you look in Nigeria there are stories of people getting killed unnecessarily almost on a daily basis. From the Fulani bandits in the middle belts to boko harm in the north east. States like zamfara, kaduna, benue, kogi, Plateau have been hot beds for indiscriminate killing most especially by fulani bandits and this is growing everyday with no hope in sight.

4. Lack of Empathy for Middle Belt: It took Buhari months to speak about the benue killings. Buhari has done practically nothing to help the situation in those middle belts states. The only statement we got from him is for them to endure the killings till they are able to donate their lands for grazing reserves. What nerve!

5. Frolicking with Corruption. The story of how buhari is the chieftain of integrity international has been laced by the fact that's he's been frolicking with persons that are openly known to be corrupt. Persons like Ganduje that's been caught of tape collecting huge amounts of dollars as bribe, persons like Maina that stole billions in pension fund, persons like Babachir that's been implicated in collecting millions to cut grass, Tinubu a known drug lord, Amaechi that's never held any job in his life aside politics yet throws dollars around as if they are papers, Emani , Arthur eze to mention a few.

6. Over Confidence: Buhari has many Yes men around him singing his praises that he's feeling quite so over confident and out of touch with reality. This is the same thing that happened to Ambode. Many Nigerians have silently decided to deal with Buhari at the pools. You would never find them discussing this as Buhari has many praise singers that are ready to retort if they do. Buhari is in for a shocker is 2019 and he would never know it till it's over.

7. Insensitivity to the plight of the Average Nigerians: Nigerians are going through one of the worst times in the nations history; and we've never heard from our president all through. When was the last time Buhari had a media chat with the people? When was the last time Buhari commiserated with anyone or any state in person? When was the last time Buhari actually visited the sight of any Boko haram/fulani bandit attack? We only get to hear from our president when he travels abroad.

8. Nepotism and Empathy toward the cause of the Fulani herdsmen. It is no news that Buhari is openly sympathetic to the fulani herdsmen. He's the number one patron of Miyatti Allah. He has never openly condemned fulani herdsmen, being fulani himself.

Talking about Nepotism, its a well know fact that more than 80% of Buharis appointments has gone to the North.....more than 70% of those to Fulanis and muslims.

9. No sense of Direction. Up and until now, APC can not state exactly what their economic agenda is. is it Power? Deregulation? Diversification? Infrastructure? Nigerians feel lost and most of use feel they are governing by chance. No sense of direction whatsoever.

10. Age. Buhari is an old man. Before this new buhari, the old buhari was looking so shriveled that many feared he might just drop one day and die. Nigeria needs a more vibrant leader and not someone that's been in power for over 4 decades.

As a Nigeria observing recent political events from a far distance, I will tell you the only reason why he will be re-elected

Tribalism and religion

Majority of northerners would vote for him because his policies are northerner first

Yoruba will vote for him especially the Muslim demographic because their son is the Vice President

At the end of the day, the election has nothing to do with issues or policies but solely base on tribe and region.

Are you just realizing this is how our democracy is being ran. Nobody votes a candidate without first asking where is he from and what religion is he? You see our country is doomed. It's late to do away with tribal sentiments which has caused us major setbacks.

I just like the way buhari is curtailing these NASS members -----buhari will definitely win 2019 --

https://punchng.com/buhari-lawmakers-may-clash-again-over-national-assembly-2018-funds/

The Buhari government has also failed to fund our constituency projects, thereby depriving us of the opportunity to count them as part of our achievements.”

Another member from Oyo State, who also spoke on condition of anonymity, confirmed that his colleagues were warming up for a showdown with the President, if he failed to fund their budget in full.

He stated, β€œThat is exactly why we booed him when he came for the budget presentation and he should expect more in the New Year. As it is now, we cannot meet our obligations to our constituents, staff and National Assembly maintenance.”

No coherence

It's not the President that changes Nigeria only a paradigm shift will accomplish change. As long as you pay the greedy Freemason pastors your hard earned Nigeria you will always be poor. The Church Is the last and most powerful stronghold of White Supremacy. Chinese know it that's why they are setting one state church and regulating religion. There's no charity for the community when your beloved Nigeria is struggling. Increase the budget and size of your military no matter the costs. Security incidents seriously hurt Nigerian markets and you're still in recession. Buhari is loved by the military and police because he isn't afraid of uprisers. The North are powerful warriors and they deserve to receive prosperity for their sacrifices like the oil and agricultural rich South. Rule by consensus and confluence not bitter arrogance.

Sadly those Buhari called "LAZY YOUTHS" are busy defending him on social media.

If you are a Nigerian and think Buhari deserves another
4 years, YOU ARE MAD!

NB: I have stopped giving financial assistance to everyone I perceive to be Buhari supporter including street beggars.

The same people that attack you here because you speak the truth about Buhari has 2 handle each, one for defending Buhari and the other one for begging for financial assistance

why should we vote buhari? can you tell us in concrete terms why we should vote buhari again?

Don't come here chanting inaudibles like a zombie.

We should vote him to build on the good works he's doing while correcting the wrong ones too rather than another person starting with another 4 years of experimentation.

Secondly,Atiku, most especially is not not an option compared to Buhari. Any of the "younger guys" would have been better but we're not ripe for such voting pattern yet in Nigeria.
Finally, no real candidate can solve all Nigeria's issues at hand.Either Buhari,Atiku or others, Citizens need to be more responsible by ourselves as we're all leaders in different perspectives, so needless to say changing just one " bad leader" would translates to changing the country.

Thank you.

But truly, is this wrong? Why do older man have younger wives? Is one of the reasons not for the younger wives to take care of their older husbands? I don't see how this should spoil anything. Yes, Mr president belongs to the older generation and his views and life outlook will reflect such. Anyone who is not happy should simply vote him out, abi..

On a credible, free and fair elections,President Buhari will loose the February 19,2019 elections but the major opposition should just be assured that this election have been perfectly calculated and arranged to declare President Buhari the winner. This is the major reason Python Dance 3 have been rolled out against any uprising that may come up.
The opposition should start preparing to head to the court which may be the only option to regain her mandate if the judiciary will stand there ground against the intimidation that will come from APC and the presidency.
