R Kelly is about to have his personal life exposed as the January 3rd premiere of Lifetime’s new documentary Surviving R. Kelly, disturbing details have emerged on the defamed R&B star’s marriage and sexual relationship with late singer Aaliyah.

Lifetime’s new documentary Surviving R. Kelly is centred on interviews from his accusers and those that have lived through the singer’s abuse over the years.

The eye-opening six-part docu-series interviews dozens of former friends, family members and colleagues, who all make grim claims about the singer abusing women and young girls.

Bear in mind that the R&B singer had secretly married a then 15-year-old Aaliyah in 1994 – the same year her solo album debuted.

It was gathered that he met Aaliyah at the age of 12 and produced music for her, three years later they tied the knot. Though Kelly denies reports, the press uncovered a marriage certificate.

The unearthed marriage certificate listed his 15-year-old protegee’s age as 18; her parents had it annulled the following year.


And also, one of R. Kelly’s former backup singers is claiming to have seen R. Kelly having sex with Aaliyah when she was 15-years-old.
