this itel are thieves and I regret buying dia device,I bought itel prime 4 at spectrum office in ikorodu 2months ago, jus 2weeks ago,I was on call with my friend,n wen we were done talking d phone refuse to cut off d call n hang dia,I had to off n on it back,hoping d next mawn I will go n complain that it is hanging, d next mawn I decided to call the number on the receipt, only for the phone to hang again,I try to press cancel so that my call card won't waste but d phone jus blanked out n d screen was shaking...I quickly return d phone n dey told me dey will get back 2me in a week time, after a week,dey claim I will have to pay 10,500, DAT dey took it to itel office n dey told dem that d phone fell or it entered water,wen nothing of such happen,jus barely 3months I got d phone,its only God that will punish you pple,I will so call u out on social media ,DAT u will regret making d phone,n I will so troll u so much DAT u will Neva post anything on social media again,jus refund my money or repair my phone jejely....thieves... |

Hi guys. I have an itel p12. I noticed that messages don't come in to the phone lately. Same thing happened with my itel A12. Until I did restore factory setting for it. What could be the cause please. Its not the network because I put the sim in other phones and messages come in. |

I regretted buying itel product again. i never use any Itel product b4. i never use any b4 so I decided to buy PRIME 4. The application can't be installed bcs the phone is not compatible with the application. Even some applications hanged once update is done. Another issue is that when I bought it it started blinking and I took it to Calcare to fix but it never change. The most painful is the switching off it does twice that it took effort of phone expert to revived it.. With Itel product I'm through with it. |

Can sum1 help me out??....My It1702 Tablet has been giving me issues......The Notification area of the Phone is not sliding down any time I want to check notifications.... I will have to tilt the phone sideways so I will be able to swipe it down....NOTE: its just d notification area other parts of the screen are working.........Pls Help a Brother |
