Hello Guys. I need your help. My Samsung s7 has been notifying me of the latest update to Android Oreo. I would love to update but I'm scared of any issue that might arise from doing so. My question is is it possible for my device to brick like in the case of rooting, if no, what are the likely problems that I might notice from doing such.

Just click update..... Ensure you have adequate data bundle and battery has enough juice.

Update is almost 1.3GB, so it's a big file. Oreo is a good flavour of the Android OS.

Don't turn off while updating.......

Samsung has a huge test budget, so they fully test, before sending out via OTA......
