Collected our passports yesterday(20th Dec). Sumitted on 10th Dec. Didn't get a call/message to come pick up but got a mail that the profile had been updated on the 17th of Dec. Checked the profile and saw the update, visa number and visa duration so I nudged hubby to pick up after like two days and not hearing from them again. I guess if you've got the mail that your profile has been updated then you could just go there with the necessary pick up docs. 1 Like |
