There's goverment school and private schools here.
For visa I think if school admits you the send you invitation but let's me say this how do you plan to survive here I mean up keep.
If I was in your shoe I would have look for a country I would study and work

Petroleum Engineering is still at infancy in Kenya. Computer science, go to the University of Nairobi.

For computer science, your best option is the University of Nairobi and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Application is online. Visit their respective websites.

I don't think that 200k is in naira. 1 Ksh equals 3.85 naira.so do the maths. University education is not cheap in Kenya ,cost of living is a bit expensive compared to Nigeria, though you get value for your money.if you want to come over,pls be prepared financially.

I don't know if it's the cost you are after or you just wanna travel. Unilag has a very good petroleum Engineering department and good engineering faculty of Engineering at large. And a decent computer sci dept
Unilag school fees is 16k
Hostel fees 25k
Or private hostels around 150k
The only is just admission ish.

This is why it's good to read thoroughly before making a comment. I said Russia was avoided at a time by Nigerians. Russia doesn't ask for NDLEA cert anymore. I don't know where I said they still ask for it.
As for Kenya, a simple Google Search will enlighten you on what I said. Kenya started asking For NDLEA clearance and police certificate January 2018.
