You can imagine the kind of country we are in, whereby The Nigerian Police will reject a person in the condition by not assisting someone who was willing to assist the accident victim to an hospital.Also, a hospital refusing to at least revive the victim first before asking for money in such a case.
Nigeria is a failed country unless our leaders do the right thing.

The problem of this country is the rulers of darkness that have plunged us into this quagmire. Isn't it a shame that the good Samaritan was asked to drop money before treatment can be commenced?

How many teaching hospitals have you been to?Make una stop to dey rubbish the efforts of health workers in Nigeria.You don't know how much efforts some put into their jobs......even paying for treatments of patients with their own money.

The earlier we resolve to helping each other the better for us. Government doesn't care about the citizens. If you see your brother or sister in dare need, do know wait for any government agency, just do what you can. Though, helping some people can lead regrets because of our attitude and wicked way paying good with evil.

I understand what you are saying because I have witnessed such, but my annoyance here is the Nigerian Police who refused to assist the accident victim to the hospital. With social media these days, whereby you can have good evidence with your phone recording, you can have the police officer put in trouble if he collects bribe.
