Those who think that crowd translates to popularity are in for a surprise. Though I do not doubt the strength of POP in Delta state. But the masses usually flock to any rally for goodies. They eventually vote where oga at the top they are loyal to directs, or in response to some instantaneous monetary stimulus. We are not yet there for mature voting.
