The same David Mark, that for eight years ignored his people by refusing to influence the repairs of the road to Otukpo (and they were rumours he was the person awarded the contract). He flew into Otukpo with a helicopter each time he came visiting.

Most Benue people will not vote along party lines, they will vote for individuals. You cannot refuse to pay salaries and expect the people to vote for you, it doesn't matter the party you represent. At the moment, the candidates of some of the 'mushroom' parties are better positioned to win a good number of seats in my immediate constituency.
