Folic acid lower the risk of congenital heart defects, lower risk of preterm birth and a lower risk of low-birth-weight babies, increased progesterone levels and a lower risk of irregular ovulation.
Vit E is a powerful antioxidant which protecting cell membranes from oxidative damage. In women, vitamin E helps regulate the production of cervical mucus, which is important for conception, due to the importance of its ability to keep sperm alive for several days. Vit E also improve sperm quality and motility in men.
Calcium helps to alkalize the body, which is favorable to the sperm and fertilized egg. It's important for follicular production and general reproductive functions in both men and women.
vitamin B complex help to regulate hormones and assist in a variety of other health issues. Vitamin B helps create DNA , keeps the brain and immune system healthy and creates nerve and blood cells. B vitamins can also help increase the time of the luteal phase as well as regulate blood sugar

I saw it on jiji and konga but the price differs. Jiji sells 25k per pack while konga sells 28k. If you can afford d money, just check their sites and decide whether to buy from any of them. There're also some nairalanders that do sell them at a discounted price but I don't have any of their contacts. Baby dust to u!
.

Thank you so much, I was able to buy from Martins, a pharmacist in Lagos. Someone from nairaland recommended him to me and I did pay on delivery even doe I am based in Minna, Niger State he still send it to me. I only paid for d Courier before he sent it and I paid for d drugs on delivery. I pray it would be d last I will buy in this ttc journey in Jesus name. Baby dust to us all. Amen.

*WHAT IS DIAPER RASH?*

Diaper rash is a very common problem, paeditricians say. It is caused by irritation in the diaper area and can be very uncomfortable for your baby, experts say.

According to paediatricians, the rash can get worse if it isn’t taken care of properly. Infection can occur, including infection with the yeast Candida.

*Some home remedies for diaper rash*

*Coconut oil*

Coconut oil is one of the most widely used home remedies for diaper rash thanks to its antifungal, antimicrobial properties. It can be used as a moisturizer to heal and soothe the baby’s skin. It is also great for everyday use.

*Shea Butter*

Another excellent remedy is Shea butter which has been used for various skin problems for centuries with excellent results. Its antifungal properties reduce the inflammation caused by the rash and helps with the healing process.

Greetings o the mummies in the house.

I really need advice from experienced mummies in the house. Cos I'm depressed right as AF showed this morning.

DH and I have been trying ttc for 14months now. After trying for the first 6months after marriage, we started seeking for help.

Our Nurse place me on Clomid. And one week after I missed my period, I tested positive. But two weeks, later, I had the heaviest flow of my life which lasted on and off for 3weeks.

She placed me on Clomid again and it wasn't successful.

Since then we have been going here and there for solutions. DH is already getting weary and I felt all alone.

Right now, I don't know what to do. Someone please tell me, what is the next step?

Hello mama, I can understand your frustration. But first, you need to go to a good hospital and do a comprehensive test for both you and hubby. From the results of the test, they'll determine next steps. Try and relax, it will happen really soon for you in Jesus name.

Why were you placed on clomid? Do you ovulate normally? Is your cycle regular? Have you and hubby had medical tests?

Good morning fruitful mama. I experienced a pulling/pricking cramp that came at intervals on 7dpo. On the 25 AF said Merry Christmas. No I didn't do PT. After I experienced the cramp that day I googled as usual and everything I felt was explained as implantation cramping. Even I I didn't put my whole heart to ...ok I kinda put my heart sha. I just want to know where to start treating. I traccked my follicle and I ovulated. I felt the cramp on the same side where I ovulated

could hv been so many things..
might even hv been attempted implantation that didnt succeed, implantation takes upto 2 to 3 days b4 the embryo lodges succesfully in the uterine linning, so if the linning isnt thick/soft/conducsive enough, implantation may start n fail..

eat high proteins, eggs, brazil nuts , almonds etc during ur 2ww

She didn't gave any explanation as to why she gave me the Clomid treatment. She only assured us that I will conceive after the treatment.

Honestly, I can't tell whether or not I ovulate properly. But I do chart often and I always observe the cervical mucus throughout my supposed fertile window. Aside the CM, I don't experience any other ovulation symptoms.

My cycle fluctuates btw 28, 29, 30.

Hubby has done Sperm analysis twice. The last one he did shows that his count was 56mil.

I would advise you see a doctor. Have a thorough investigation (Hormonal profile and pelvic scan) done. Also have your hubby to have his hormonal profile checked.

The danger of clomid outways its benefit. What it primarily does is that it stimulates the ovaries to produce egg (multiple eggs in most cases), if you ovulate normally, you absolutely have no business with clomid. Plus its been identified as a risk factor of ovarian cancer.

I will do that.
I'm still curious, is there a possibility that fertile CM are present without ovulation taking place?

Btw, I did 2 ultrasound not too long ago, and the results shows that everything was fine. What could be the problem.

I would use myself as an example

We've been TTC for about a year, pelvic scan revealed no abnormality, but my blood test showed i had low level of haemoglobin. I do ovulate normally with regular cycle, but my menstrual flow was full of clots.

My husband also had a blood test which showed low level of oestrogen and high level of HBA1C.

We were both treated accordingly.
