Why can't Nigerian government sit back and challenge Nigerian youths, students, artisans, professors, military, welders, etc to produce Nigerian made weapons to flush out useless Boko Haram without begging white nations to please sell them arms to fight insecurity they created by themselves

If Nigeria start producing their own military arms, there won't be room for politicians and corrupt military officers to loot public money in the name of procuring arms for military and they will be serious ending Boko Haram because the war will become non profiting to them.
