They tell you to hope for a better life in heaven so they can have the earth for themselves. The day you remove religion doctrines from your heart is the beginning of your freedom and illumination. You were talking about Jesus whom I so much believe and admire but you forgot to ask yourself why the religious elders were against him, have you ask yourself that question?
Jesus was telling them the truth and reality about how the universe operate but they knew such message will make the masses to see the light and what religion does is to make you believe in illusions. Jesus was actually God sent.
