I submitted Dec 7, same day I receive PPR. I receive SMS from VFS Jan 3rd that the Passport is ready for collection.

Congrats.

Did you go through PNP route or straight up Federal?

Hello everyone,

I know the majority of people here are already landed but PLEASE we need your help. Accra Visa Office is killing us slowly. [s]It seems AVO is where people get sent to be punished for wishing to leave Nigeria.[/s]

Kindly help us sign this petition addressed to Minister of Immigration as regards the slow pace at AVO.
Please help us. We are all tired of the long wait.

Thanks.

Can you help me out by signing this petition?
http://chng.it/r7KW4M2v
And many years later, Accra office is still notorious for delays. I guess they are still short staffed when compared to bigger Visa offices.

Can I change my UK provisional Drivers license (leaners permit) to G7 license without taking the G7 test in Alberta?
Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant Part 2 by nomad26: 4:25pm On Jan 06, 2019
No, not according to the official website https://www.alberta.ca/exchange-non-alberta-licences.aspx#toc-2
Only a US learner's license can be exchanged for Class 7

Hello all, is there any whatsup group for people living in Brampton/Mississauga? I would like to be added to one if it exists. If there isn't, i can form one and invite people to join.
Our Indian friends are doing much better in Canada than most because of the way they help each other.

This is a number for a Nigerian Canadian WhatsApp group with an area code in Alberta including Calgary (403) 926-0556. You can join the group to ask if there is a specific WhatsApp group for Edmonton or Calgary.

I have also another number for another Nigerian Canadian WhatsApp group which is 5878895565

If there is no WhatsApp group for Calgary or Edmonton, maybe you can create one.

I do not intend to bother you. But what "means" are the most common in the canadian job field from your experience?

One of the great things about Python is its extensibility. So your best bet is to choose maybe 1 or 2 fields and stick to it. It is not wise for a beginner to try to learn too much at a time. When you're comfortable in one or two domains, you can then learn more as the need arises.

If you want to go the software developer route, please do not ignore Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object Oriented Design (OOD).

Azed1 mentioned the former; however, it goes hand-in-hand with the latter.

Also, there's version control and testing (Test Driven Development et al).
