Pls house, help a brother. I'm into the cupcake making business, but I've been having problems reaching my cupcake target of 80pieces and its resulting into loss for me.

The major problem is that the recipe below only produces an average of 67 cupcakes and the cupcakes are not that big. Though I sell for #50, people say it's too small for #50.
Pls how do I increase its size and also increase my production to at least 80 pieces.

I do not know the measurements in grams and kilos but I'd list my own form of measurement.
I will list my recipe below.

Flour: 10 level (peakmilk )cups.
Sugar: 3 level (peakmilk) cups.
Eggs: Medium size 20eggs.
Butter: 4 Simans butter (250g each).
Baking powder: 3 Level tablespoons.
milk mix flavor: 1/4 cup.
Preservative: 1/2 teaspoon.
Flavor: 5 tablespoons.

Pls your advice and critiques will be welcomed. Thanks house.
