Guys help!.. My windows 10 is zapping too much data.. 1gb in 25 mins.... Turned off all background apps, set my connection on metered, yet no changes.. Even stopped windows update.. Please what should I do?

Done that. Still no changes.. When I checked my data usage one "system " shit like that is what consumes the whole data

There's a software that checks which exe consumes and hw much, data limiter or sumtin

It might be "Host process for window services". Install GlassWire, the software will show your data usage

Yes, it has firewall feature, you can block the .exe that was consuming your data
