Nice nice. Development can never hide. Umahi has changed the face of Ebonyi big time! He deserves 4+4 = 8 When you see a governor or president doing so much with very little, one wonders the kind of looting that must have characterised the past administrations of Sam Egwu (8yrs)and Martin Elechi (8yrs). olujastro:I've asked the same question as well! At least Ebonyi got it right this time around! Pity Abia that hasn't gotten it right from 1999 to date! One would have thought that being Abia....with the much talked about Aba (Japan of Africa) that it would have surpassed Ebonyi in infrastructural development and left it for dust!
