Sales Executive A Real Estate company is in search of confident ,goal oriented individuals to form part of their Sales Team to drive its business unit. Location: Lagos- Lekki Responsibilities Access business growth opportunities with new and existing customer. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets . Develop sales strategies . Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals. Prepare presentation and proposals. Good morning All, I understand that the current unemployment situation in the country is at all time high , but can we please adhere to the instructions from the advert . We have had people submit Cvs with address from the mainland when the advert clearly specifies that job is situated in Lekki . Also we require persons with experience as that is what the job role requires . Thank you all. Please the advert is still On . I wish you good luck in all your endeavors. |

kweenkong: Hi OP, you may want to adjust the language used in the advert as what I am reading is "Proximity to Lekki is an advantage". This does not exclude those based on the mainland from applying. |
