But if d new director is a rumour I won't advise my enemy to work there!

I experienced hell with them and till now they refused to pay my last salary with them after due handing over procedures.

We Nigerians are each others problem


Prospective candidate please be sure of the new director...if you ain't plz flee or get something else doing with your time, you will be used and dumbed...no welfare , every operation is done from your salary especially if you are an account officer... I am writing D's with regret I ever worked for them

as an account officer , let me spell out ur role.

u are to meet target on credits and savings and must maintain ur PAR which u they dont expect any bad loans from u.

normally, ur monthly target for loans in terms of number on the average is 20 , value might differ.but above 2.5m. they give loans without collateral which makea it riskier for u as an account officer. their loans are mostly for business people. working capital loans.

and then u mobilise savings too.


to be sincere I regretted ever worked for them.



that place is hell. because they wont provide all u need to do the job but will be on ur neck to deliver.



see , if u know u are not desperate for those kinda jobs, dont apply.

if u still get one or two changes from normal hustle dont ever apply or work for them. They will drain u.


btw salary is 50k after tax is 48k
and your day to day job is run from that salary both phone calls and transport. by transport I dont mean coming to work and going home. u need to call ur client's and visit, spot checks botg client's and guaranto and thet have boundaries. u dont give everyone u see loans even if they are capable but not within the boundaries, u won't , yet u must meet up with the target.

Exactly, they use account officers as if there is no blood running through their veins, I just started working there and by God's grace, I will soon leave

Thanks for the info. I really find it very useful. How can a Masters Holder be collecting 50k with that bulky tasks. I have an interview with them on Thursday but with this info, I think I'm ok with my Unemployment status for now.

Bro you are right..the saddening part is I was sacked injudiciously... I met all my target as at the last working day of 2016, I was the only account officer in my branch with no PAR, favouritism abounds in my branch, my BM, will forcefully size clients portfolio from men and give it to his favourite account officer. Yet I was called to travel down to Lagos with my own tfare to hand me termination letter... I asked the HR why they did not transfer the letter to my branch, he said he did not know my branch was in Ibadan!! I was surprised at such negligence and insolence... My entitlement for that month of sack was not given to me till date despite doing proper handing over!

They don't care about their staffs oo.. They use u anyhow , I buy food for my bm almost every time he goes out to do spot check for me, I pay for his tfare also, I pay for my tfare to the guarantors house, pay for the call bills, all from the less than 50k salary!!

I won't advise my enemy to work there unless they have changed their ways

Well, other position are juicy cool except for the account officer part. The 50k is for trainee, if u get to probation it's different similarly wen u re confirmed its different too. For an account officer a confirmed one if u meet ur target u re sure of going home with more than 100k.
Anybody who wants to counter this should bring proof.
For others getting discouraged, I will tell u to try ur luck. Those that was sacked may not tell u the full story of what happened.
Lastly the decision is solely urs.

You aare right as that is the gross pay! But did they make the working condition better for probational staff? Did they make provision for phonecalls, KYC And every other outstation work? Why set unreasonable target when the staffs ain't even comfortable?! We go for storms every Thursdays , from d 42k provided monthly...so what do they have left from d salary if all desert r taken from d salaries! Except they have turned a new leaf, I suggest new applicant think twice !
