Saw it this morning, I believe the owner was safe from what I saw. But we really need to have a discussion on mass transport option, there are way too many cars on the roads.

I once stopped to use my fire extinguisher on a burning car. That's the day I realised my extinguisher was not even good. The gas came out leaving behind all the powder. Many drivers probably know their extinguisher is already bad and just drive on.
