All those folks were benefitting from him all those years and kept quiet. Now, they aren't getting those benefits anymore and they saw how the Cosby affair went so they congregated and made a video out of it and are now playing the victim.

If they're as honest as they claim to be, they should have sacrificed those benefits and spoken up right away

. Secondly, I daresay that it's the parent's fault when a minor is exposed to abuse in such a manner.
