Yoruba actresses are so poorly paid. They receive between 50k -250k max. I knew of a movie some prominent actors acted on my street and asked the producer who happens to be prominent actor, how much does the actor gets paid for the movies they shoot. The guy opened up bitterly to me and said, Oga there is no money in the business as people think.

Nollywood is now worst with many half baked prositutes parading themselves as actresses, who just put their bodies on film and within the next week they have built a mega house and ride the best cars. Despite receiving 80k for their role.
