Atiku is just telling us the kind of person he is - a dumb and corrupt soul. He telling us that if he the president (God forbid), some people will be above the law of Nigeria.

The CJN is man of Law, it should be a very simple thing for him to go and defend himself in a court of Law that he heads. Let him go and defend his admitted forgetfulness and omissions in court of law. He will be passing the message that Dino and co are not above the of Nigeria.

Atiku called asset declaration "flimsy excuse".

grin grin

Asset Declaration is a failsafe against embezzlement of national asset and treasury.

Does the so called ex-VP not know this? He seems to think it should be erased from our constitution.

Atiku OOOLLEEEEE!! grin

as far as ati-ku is concerned 'asset declaration' is not important --same with his idea about paying tax ...

Atiku failed leadership test again.

As a leader, you should first and always be on the side of the law no matter what, no sentiments, no politics, no ifs or butts.

What kind of leader says it is wrong to charge and prosecute when people violate our laws even if they are guilty?

You only get such rubbish from crooked, corrupt, lawless and unpatriotic people like Atiku, obviously, he's not ready for prime time.

Now e know looters won't see the 4 walls of any court of law under AthiefKulooter.

Now I know Atiku & his media aides are very dumb set of people.
Just because you are a presidential candidate doesn't mean you must commenting every issue.

This comment alone proves further that Atiku and corruption are inseparable Siamese twins

Which comment did atiku make that u say is wrong?

The judge in question practically confessed that he broke the law by failing to abide by the same law he swore to uphold as a public official and as the apex judge of Nigeria so questioning them or blaming the law enforcement agencies for doing their job was just stupid, lawless, unpatriotic, and mentally corrupt.

He should have said we should all relax and let all the facts come out and let the law take it's course, this is what he should have said. What he said was lawless and unpatriotic.

AthiefKUlooter is corrupt so his utterances and mentally are grossly corrupt.

A presidential candidate trying to be the chief law enforcement officer should always support and uphold the law via his actions and utterances.

When will Atikuchukwu react to former PDP national chairman, Adamu Muazu's defection to APC today and telling Nigerians not to vote PDP in 2019?

He just officially defect. He is even a member of APC in mind and PDP by just clothing since 2015.

simply meant even if the allegations are true, let the right constitutional procedure be followed! How I wish the Efcc had acted swiftly in the Ganduje saga and that of others, it would have made it difficult for people to be suspicious

The problem with Ganduje is the fact tha hes a sitting governor with immunity and no agent of government can probe till he was either impeached or he completes his tenure and that is when he can be probed. Let our senators and honourable change the constitution that gives room for immunity for governors and I can tell you no governor will complete a term in office.

Even if you are indicted by the US Senate, the US is still wrong to ban you ..

You own $740,000 in cash

But you somehow forgot to declare $700,000 out of it

My bro, that's why I used to tell whoever want to listen that Nigeria will never better than this,

Imaging,a custodian of constitution trampled on the same constitution very hard.

I still believed that the judiciary is the most corrupt organ of government in this country.
They collected bribes from almost every case put b4 them most especially the so called supreme court judges.

Ganduje can b probed. Immunity doesn't prevent probe or investigation. What it prevents is prosecution

Chief judge who stand as a poster boy for judiciary said he forgot to update his asset declaration since 2005 . NJC should relieve him of his duty within 48hrs. This is a national disgrace to the judiciary. Onnoghen should quickly step aside and allow the law to take its course.

Wike will be shitting and messing inside his pant right nowgrin

Was onnoghen niotified before being reported to CCT?
Dead on arrival. Let Danladi Umar the CCT chairman who is also accused of corruption clear himself. Let Adeosun come back and clear herself before the police escort her back to London. Let Babachir Lawal replant our grasses back, we no do again. Gandollar nko? Buratai niga how far?
The truth is APC can never learn. You can't just sue an official for lack of assets declaration without first of all notifying him on at least two occasions. It's after this without his response that he is now charged before the CCT. I pity APC after the elections. 95% of them will either flee the country or run back to PDP thinking they would be protected like it was done under the APC. Shocker awaits them all.

You are pitiable for calling Atiku's revelation of Buhari's devilish motives for the next election a thrash, the same Buhari and his ministers refuse to declare their assets and CCB turned a blind eyes up til now.
Not so sure that the chief justice of Nigeria would be a willing tool in the hand of APC to pervert justice after election ,peradventure
their rigging plans failed next month,Buhari decided to remove the chief justice of Nigeria hence the allegations.
*Must Buhari set the whole country on fire because of his presidential ambition?
*Must every government institutions (Police,Army, Dss, EFFCC,CCT,ICPC and now judiciary) be bastardized because of Buhari's presidential ambition?
*Does Buhari's presidential ambition worth the blood of innocent Nigerians dieing on daily basis?
It is most annoying seeing people "like" your daft comment.
I cannot give up on Nigeria because of gullible few like you.
Nigerians are wiser.
God bless Nigeria
God bless lovers of Truth
Nigeria will be great again!

The CJN obviously played into the hands of those who never wanted him in that position. Let him clear himself at the CCT

The law is clear. You do not just arraign a judicial officer, you must refer him to the NJC. Then come to think of it, it was only an update. The man had declared his assets in the past. Read and understand.
