This country is finished, even saraki us talking of due process which he knows will surely be frustrated at the end .

People have been sentenced to prison for committing lesser crime by the same onnoghen. shocked

I'm expecting PDP to tell him to resign the way they said to Adeosun so he can face his charges very well but for where, politicizing everything is all they're good at.
Read the post in between the lines and read your post.. Does it correlate?

Did Saraki say the CJN should not face his music? Saraki said a due process should be followed as stipulated by the constitution concerning the CJN....not this kangaroo indictment and conviction..that happened within 3 days!

Was Kemi indicted and convicted within 3 days? Was she not pampered and packaged back to the UK?

The APC led government is exhibiting a double standard in fighting corruption

Has Babachir been indicted and convicted? Is Babachir not moving around freely even to the extent he was invited for a state function in the villa....

No one says the APC should not fight corruption but fight it transparently and that is the position Saraki is.

No body is actually saying he doesn't have a case to answer. All of them are crying that the process is to swift in filling charges against the CJN. haven't we been looking for a swift justice system? Why are they crying now?

Some people are saying it doesn't follow due process because NJC have to do their investigations first.
The CJN is the chairman of NJC followed by the most senior judge in the Supreme Court as the vice chairman. He will have to step aside first for NJC to do their investigations. He can't preside over a matter to which he is a party that will be tantamount to been a judge in his own case.
In advanced country he would have signed since.
The law that enacted the CCB states that you can only refer cases to the code of conduct tribunal after confronting the accused with the issues and allowing him to explain himself.

When such person admits guilts and regularises the infraction, there's no need to charge him to the tribunal.

3 days isn't enough time to carry out these steps. This was the exact reason FG lost the case against Saraki.

If this is how we enjoy swift judgement eh, we wouldn't be where we are today. This kind of hyper-supersonic speed for his trial is worrisome to any right thinking Nigerian.
Something in me tells me there is more to it than meets the eye.
I smell conspiracy to outrun the judiciary and pocket the judges to some people's favour.

You are not making sense...

So the CJN should resign because some lazy minions evidently working under Buhari's orders brought some flimsy accusations against him?

The CJN will preside till the elections and beyond...APC and Buhari should learn to live with that...

the reason I may not want to waste words on you is because you are probably not exposed to literary devices for you to comprehend the meaning of that statement.

We need swift justice for the following people too babachir, Ameachi, tinubu, maina, adeosun, oshiomole, osinbajo, Yusuf Buhari, ouk, akpabio, aisha buhari, Abba kyari, mamman daura and a host of others too numerous to mention.

It's only a corrupt minded person that will speak against a swift prosecution. If he's guilty of the allegations, let him step down and let his trial begin immediately. There is no point in delay of justice.

Where is babachir Lawal? Is he still holding on to his position? You people should stop whipping up sentiments abeg.

Does he have a case to answer? Yes!

R we saying he is guilty? No

So why the outcry? All we are saying is that he should step down and go and clear himself at the CCB. This is what is obtainable in saner climes.

Like I have been saying, Buhari is crudely desperate and selectively fighting corruption, so he is heating up the polity unnecessarily.
This was not the case in the allegations levelled against Babachir, Abba Kyari, Tukur Buratai and Abubakar Sidiq all of whom are his staunch allies.
There is no fairness, justice and transparency in his fight against corruption.

You re talking as if buhari sacked him willingly. You guys can gladly fool yourselves not us. Lawal was relunctantly sacked after much pressure, his case is either discarded or going on at snail speed. The CJ case came up one month to election and is moving with the speed of light all with the sole aim of kicking him out to pave way for someone whom the president can count on to help him pervert justice. Bros go and preach that silly sermon to some chimpanzes, you guys are professional hypocrites pretending to be honest, fighting corruption. You cant fool us you will only fool yourselves. If gej was half this vindictive and wicked buhari should have never smelt the presidency.
