I would speak based on my own experience. My POF was 100% gift deed from my mom. All I submitted from her end was her statement a few days preceding the gifting and highlighted the transfer. On my own side, i submitted about 2.5 months statement ( honestly do not know why I chose to submit 2.5 months). My mom and I signed the gift deed, with my dad as witness, I notarised it and wrote an LOE for it. That was basically all for POF, no ADR. July AOR, December PPR.

5243 Theatre, fashion, exhibit and other creative designers - Skill level B.. So if she is younger, can get reference letter from the company she worked with stating her fashion designing roles, then by all means make her the primary applicant especially bc of her masters degree which she already has.. And she can claim 3+ years of foreign work experience. I think based on what you typed and if she meets some of the conditions i mentioned earlier, she stands a better chance being the primary applicant and giving you better CRS scores.

What do you mean by And she can claim 3+ years of foreign work experience ? as we have never traveled/work outside the country before, i dont really understand the foreign work experience as she has only worked in Nigeria in the fashion industry for 4-5 years.
