Nope. But your bp and resting heart rate will be high...do it for abt 2wks I bet u can easily get micro tremors and palpitations if u re triggered. Ur focus will be poorer and u wont peform optimally @ tasks like driving n studying. Sha did is just d case in abt 90sth % of humans.

Dude, since my university days I don't sleep more Dan 4hours. I do those things u mentioned perfectly well. If u even know the kind of job I do, u will just come and erase ds ur comment.

Great people don't sleep too much Bishop David Oyedepo said he sleeps 3hrs in a day.
