pardon is granted to convicts - u have committed a crime and so found by court of competent jurisdiction. this woman has done no wrong if the state of affairs is as it is reported. one cannot be arrested for the crimes of another s.493 of the ACJA.

she needs no pardon. She didnt commit or was convicted of any crime. Rather the govt owes her apology and compensation for unlawful arrest and imprisonment.
