but this outgoing igp tried his best , i think he was the one the initiated and started the IRT team in the police force and equipped them with the best modern equipment which made them arrest evans the notorious kidnapper and kill some deadly kidnappers too in the south south and south east . he also brought and elevated some good officers and gave them free hand to do their jobs , officers like aba kyari ,
definitely the Nigeria factor will always set in and coupled with the fact he had to work with a dullard president who ruined his name with his dull moves . he did his best although his best may not be up to the standard Nigerians expect
