AGAIN TONYE COLE LOSES
The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State for the second time dismissed an appeal instituted by the All Progressives Congress, APC, challenging the ruling of the Justice Chiwendu Nworgu of the Rivers State High Court, which nullified the party’s Wards, Local Governments, and State Congresses.

Recall that the Appeal Court had on December 12, last year, struck out the same appeal against the State High Court decision for filing out of the stipulated time in the constitution.

Last Tuesday, the APC had approached the Court of Appeal again, challenging the ruling of the same court, stressing that the lower court did not have the jurisdiction to hear the matter on the first instance.

Senatordave1 the apc official in charge of apportioning votes won't sleep tonight.

It amazes me that some APC folks are still celebrating that short devil called Oshiomole...under his watch, APC has lost ground in d next National Assembly b4 d elections...Zamfara 3 Senatorial seats and 7 or 9 Rep seats are gone...same in Rivers...so technically...PDP already have 6 Senators and about 18 Reps...so so sad.

He's done more harm than good to d party...could have handled these crisis better, but all he was after were d raining dollars...tragic!!!

Amaechi go rest nw. D so called god father in Rivers State APC. imposing candidates anyhow. Am so happy for dis. PDP carry go!!!!!!!!!

Rivers case never finish,zsmfara matter dey court.apc will recover those seats from elsewhere.

This serves ameachi right for trying to play God ....salute Abe for been a dogged fighter
