The Girl In The Spider's Web is not a reboot. It is part of a series called the Millennium series which had 5 books. You have The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest, The Girl Who Played With Fire and I can't remember the last one. Three Swedish finds have been made: Dragon Tattoo, Played With Fire and Hornet's Nest while two English films have been made: Dragon Tattoo and Hornet's Nest. I have not watched the Swedish ones but I liked the English Dragon Tattoo better than the Hornet's Nest.
