The FG knows they can not win the case against the CJN onoghen, but their plans is just to humiliate and force him to resign. below are their planned steps.

Step 1. Trump up charges against the CJN and then the CCT will summon him to appear in the tribunal

Step 2. Immediately he is docked in the tribunal, his pictures inside the accused box will be taken. (just like they did to Saraki)

Step 3. APC media agents e.g the Nation, APC e-rats and their radio callers will start showing the pictures to Nigerians and other part of the world,
and start telling the CJN to step aside/resign to clears his name.

step 4. The CJN will become so embarrassed and humillated, even the NJC, NBA and Judiciary will start feeling the embarrassment, such that
they will even advice the CJN to step aside or resign to save the face of the judiciary. thus forcing him to resign.

Step 5. After the CJN has resign, APC will then push for the recommendation of their party affiliated judges who will do their biddings in
electoral cases
