People should be responsible for development. If power is reduced at the center, the corruption and bitter competition it attracts will reduce.

that is the reason sane mind among us will never have anything to do with PDP, the party that kept us to this level for 16years. Level 1 for 16 years, and APC is trying to move to level 2, you lots wanna remain in level 1.
