That’s even expensive compared to what you’ll get in SW! The food processing industry needs more attention from Government so investors can look more in that direction. Dangote made some foray into tomato purée processing but ......

Bought this half bag of oranges for N600 (Six hundred Naira not 6k) somewhere in Benue State. The orange seller by my estate gate here in Lagos sells 3 or 4 oranges for N100 depending on their size.

Annoying part is some of the sellers won't sell theirs by the end of the day.

While farmers are producing, not much is being done for further processing of these agricultural products which end up wasting.

Also, Bag of Garri N2200

That's my state. We produce so much with no enabling environment or government policies/support. This is the one part I will blame the governor. If he had keyed into the agricultural potentials of Benue state the possibilities are endless. Really saddening.

And fulanees will still go there and kill them, so as to frustrate their farming efforts and buhari will support his brothers, so that they will cause artificial scarcity of food and poor supply to other regions. Seriously I hate this people up north with great passion.

Calm down bro. Do not have any human beign with passion. The hate is to your own disadvantage.
Leave tribal/farmer-herdsmen crises, they have roots and it's up to the authorities and the parties involved to find a lasting solution.
For now just appreciate the cheap price of oranges. cool

And Buhari almost allowed herds men to destroy the most important state in Nigeria. Thank God election came on time if not the killing would have still continued.
Let's hope Atiku our knight in shining armour will deliver the most important state in Nigeria for us all.
