Atiku will be on the "candidates"programme on the 30/1/19 to market him herself,he didn't played into anybody's hand by boycotting the debate, this idea is just been propagated by Apc to save face knowing too well that they couldn't afford to allow buhari participate in the debate based on his clear emptiness.

A lot of people were angry and dissapointed that both Buhari and Atiku did nto show. It showed on the chat..

APC already looks bad....we know that. But Atiku not showing also makes PDP too look bad as well.

You can vote for Atiku....but the fact is ,last night, a lot of people were angry and dissapointed in your candidate.

Atiku should have realized that among the illiterates, almajiris etc, he is no match to Buhari who they almost see as a god. I sincerely thought that he would have used the opportunity of the presidential debate to consolidate his hold among the enlightened ones, but unfortunately, he simply played into APC hands. If Atiku cannot withstand the heat of small candidates like Durotoye,Moghalu and Ezekwesili...then why is he running for President?

Politics get level.You don't expect H.E Atiku Abubakar to debate against people who can't even win their polling units .He's got more pressing issues to attend to.

The Truth is that Mr Atiku does not have anything for Nigerians, he just wants to capitalize on Buhari's lackluster performance to sneak into Aso Rock. The only thing he wanted to do yesterday was just to be attacking buhari and when buhari wasn't coming, he knew quite well that he could not stand the brilliance of the others

Other presidential candidates wanted to attack buhari and since buhari didn't show up, Atiku would have been the next person to be attacked but Atiku refused to dance to their tune

He took the best ever decision. The other candidate would have gang up against him.
Ezekwesili debated with her mates. Atiku is waiting for the big fish.
In humans world, the organisers would have met with each candidate privately to try and confirm those who are willing to attend and then release statement to the media calling out those who refused so we can be sure of those attending
