My thought.

There is a pop up after your registration you were supposed to keep safe. I think that's the ID that's being requested now. Notwithstanding, I think the 3890 whatever too is working. Let me try of I can actually upload what I have.

Congratulations to you all. Please kindly reply that email. Tell Workfoce that you didn't receive the application ID at the first application.
