And these lastma / police can be very wicked as they would direct to use one way and then arrest you. what i usually do is to park at a spot and observe traffic flow briefly.or i park at a very convenient spot and ask passers by.

Their excesses is too much, this is nothing but daylight robbery... I ve been a victim of these people before... Claiming they are from Local government. I guess local govt contracted this job out to some touts because the ticket I was given that day shows ALOMA VENTURES. Mine was 25k
