A Nigerian man while addressing journalist yesterday in Abuja, claimed President Buhari secretly got court papers to force CJN, Walter Onnoghen out of office and swear in Tanko Mohammed as new Chief Justice but a Federal High Court later blocked the secret move.

The Nigerian lawyer who showed journalist a copy of the document signed by the FG and filed in on Friday to sack the CJN and swear in Tanko Mohammed. He told journalist that the FG is lying to everybody including them [journalist].

He equally added how can a court give an interim order to unseat the CJN and another person sworn in.

He said that they had to rush to the Federal High court "because desperate times require desperate measures", seeking the interpretation of how the CJN can be removed from office.

They have the army, navy, police what they need now is judiciary to perfect their rigging plans.

Buhari want to totally 'Fulanise' and Islamise the federal system after rigging himself to power this year.
He is just clearing the way for resistance free implementation of the executive order. That way nobody outside the fulani circle can ever aspire to be president of Nigeria ever.

That's the desperation for now. Meanwhile rigging needs a willing CJN to escape justice. But as usual, he would still fail like Abacha and murtala Muhammad who once tried it.

If this is true then northerners should get ready to survive without our oil ,,you can't remove our GEJ ,now back to CJN.

You mean he has surreptitiously gotten the support of majority of the Judges of the Appeal Court and the Justices of the Supreme Court to throw him out to pave way to islamise Nigeria?
