I did not make the cut off mark.
I scored 53.3%. No excuse, I must get better in mathematics.

I missed the test. Was en route and immediately I alighted from the bike, viola, it is already 6:08, got my system on, my data on, connected, checked my mail, clicked the link, it was already 6:10. The thing pain be pass anything. I just cooled down and left for home jejely. Let me start prepping towards next year's own.
I hope God spares us and the organizers till then. You guys are all wonderful, cheers to yall smiley smiley

Hello everyone,

I want to congratulate all participants who have successfully completed stage 1 of the aptitude test. You are all winners!

It's obvious you all did your best despite the challenges posed by the questions grin ,time, network and so on...

A bigger congratulations to those who will be making it to stage 2

We have gone through the results and analyzed the statistics.

Even though some candidates scaled the cutoff mark comfortably, the cutoff mark will be reduced to accommodate more participants in stage 2.

After much deliberations, we have decided to reduce the cutoff mark for the test - stage 1 to 55%

The final score to be used in selecting the winners remains the average of the two tests scores

The list of participants that made it to stage 2 will be posted in a moment.

I knew it would be reduced to 55%..though,I didn't expect it to come as low as 50% of which my score is 51.7% and that would make me now eligible for stage 2...But I must seize this moment to thank and congratulate the facilitators as this is a job well done...You all,as I have said before,are AMAZING...And to the successful,I give you a presidential handshake for you prepared for this,and thus deserve to be through to the next stage..Make sure you prepare even more,as the next stage promises to be fierce...God bless you all

So, what if the cut-off was not reduced, then maybe only 30 scored 60% and above.

The title of the mail will be "Xfire Nairaland Undergraduate Scholarship Test- Stage 2". The test will be available for access by 6:00 PM same day, and the open window will last for just 4 minutes.
